With over 40+ years in the industry, we provide efficient and fit-for-purpose product solutions that help create Clean, Healthy and Safe environments for business facilities.What You'll Be DoingDeliver exceptional customer service in our showroom and over the phoneProactively present and promote our product range to walk-in customersManage customer orders and inquiriesMaintain showroom presentation to maximise salesAssist with internal sales, sales administration, and support the external sales teamFollow up with customers and nurture leads from our database as requiredHelp with store duties and occasional deliveriesWhat We're Looking ForA people person with a warm, professional approachProven sales experience, ideally including phone-based salesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent attention to detail and data entry accuracyReliable, with a strong work ethicAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentA team player with a mature, confident attitudePrevious experience in a customer-facing or sales support roleFull NZ Driver's LicenseWhy Join Us?
