Customer Service Representative - Fixed TermNew Zealand King Salmon is the world's largest producer of King salmon.

One position is 12 months for parental leave cover and the other is 6 months to support the team while another team member has been seconded into another role in the business.Both roles are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm, with a requirement to be part of an on-call roster on a Saturday, once every 5 weeks.
Based in Nelson, you'll be dealing with customers from order to cash flow, working alongside other teams within the business to ensure we supply customers in-full on-time.Your role will involve working with a specific portfolio while developing knowledge and providing support to secondary portfolios.
You'll drive customer sales and satisfaction through inbound and outbound calls, as well as managing customer cashflow in conjunction with our Finance team.To be successful in this role, you will need:2 years previous experience in customer service/sales administrationAdvanced verbal, phone and email communication skillsAdvanced computer skills, with the ability to handle multiple systemsThe ability to multi-task within an ever-changing environmentAttention to detail skills with accurate data entry capabilityExcellent time management skills with experience in high-pressure environmentsThe New Zealand King Salmon Co Ltd is committed to a drug and alcohol-free workplace and has a pre-employment, post-incident and reasonable cause drug testing programme in place.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
