About the Role
We're looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our busy team supporting outpatient sites across the Counties Manukau District including Manukau Health Park, Botany SuperClinic, Manukau Surgery Centre, and Middlemore Hospital.

Based in Manukau, youll be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and GPs handling calls, emails, and messages with care and efficiency.

Youll help manage appointments, answer a wide range of enquiries, and provide a reassuring voice in our communitys healthcare journey.
This is a part time position working 16 hours a week Monday to Friday.

At least 2 years customer service experienceClear, confident communication skills both spoken and writtenHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesComfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word (intermediate level)Reliable, punctual, and motivated to go the extra mileWorking at Health New Zealand
