Customer Service Representative - BNT Gisborne
Exciting opportunity on offer at BNT Gisborne for our next Customer Service Representative to join our fun and welcoming team!
If you've got great customer service skills and a passion for car parts, we've got the job for you.
We're on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our BNT Gisborne branch – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done.
What the role involves
Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base
What you'll bring
Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
A genuine interest in cars, or parts
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.
