Customer Service Representative - BreastScreen Auckland CentralPart-time 0.6FTE (48 hours per fortnight)Based at GreenlaneHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.
BreastScreen Auckland Central (BSAC) is part of the Health New Zealands free national BreastScreen Aotearoa (BSA) Programme.

We screen over 20,000 wāhine each year, and we pride ourselves on consistently delivering a positive experience for our clients.
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work at our Greenlane office.

The primary responsibility of the role will be assisting with inbound and outbound calls to our call centre, supporting client bookings and follow-up as needed.

The rostered hours are 11:30am-8pm Monday, 8am 4:30pm Tuesday, 11:30am-8pm Wednesday.
This role is responsible for providing an efficient, customer-focussed service to our clients, ensuring they experience a positive interaction.
The role involves enrolling clients into the Breast Screening program through various channels, ensuring clients receive necessary forms, and following up with those who haven't responded to invitations.

Additionally, the position requires prompt outreach to clients who miss appointments, assistance in rescheduling, and providing advice to clients and primary care regarding appointments and screening/treatment pathways.
