What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind?

You’ll work to resolve the customer’s issues before escalating to the next level.

Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, support in marketing the client products through brand welcome calls or annual service reminder calls, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Communicating information to customers in a confident & knowledgeable manner
  • Capturing changes to customer records and detailing requirements for follow up whenever necessary
  • Promotion of client products including purchase recommendations to customers
  • Follow occupational health & safety policy and procedures
  • Manage customer relationships and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Uphold privacy and confidentiality guidelines when communicating with Customers
  • Undertake administrative duties including report preparation where required
  • Assist in special projects and participate in any other duties as requested
  • What You Bring to the Role

  • High school certificate
  • 2 years of work experience in a customer service role
  • Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer savvy
