Our people are our strength.What you will doBased at our Wellington branch and part of the Aftersales Team, you will work closely with the Service / Parts Team to ensure customers' needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.This will be achieved byExceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updatesCommunicate with the workshop to ensure service / parts requirements meet customer expectationsManaging and ensuring accuracy of all documentationCreating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicingMonitor stock, spare parts and inventoryYou will havePrevious experience in a customer service / parts advisor role in the automotive industry (preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skillsEffective problem solving, negotiating and influencing skillsStrong abilities in time management, organisation and administrationAbility to think on your feet and show initiativeWhat we can offer youMonthly bonus potentialSubsidised Medical InsuranceA dynamic and inclusive work culture - be part of a great team environmentBe part of the bigger picture - a company with a focus on digitalisation, autonomous vehicles, electrification and sustainabilityA company that is growing with potential for career progressionTo applyApply now and submit your CV.
