About the company

Our client is passionate about helping people save money while enjoying fantastic discounts! They specialise in offering discounted fuel cards and operate as a reseller, providing fuel card services on behalf of major fuel companies.

This is only a part-time role, so if you are looking for full-time hours in the future, this may not be the job for you.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring accuracy in processing applications and dispatching fuel cards.

Your keen attention to detail will help maintain the company's high service standards.

IMPORTANT: We are only considering candidates who hold a valid visa with full working rights (40 hours per week).

Time:1 pm to 5 pm only ( Monday to Friday )

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
  • Process applications and ensure accurate data entry
  • Ideally be good with invoicing, credit checks - attention to detail
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
  • Assist with daily marketing activities via email, phone, and SMS
  • Flexible to take up more responsibilities assigned by the manager
