About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer (CSO) working with our client, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting business objectives.

Your role involves engaging with customers, ensuring satisfaction, handling inquiries, managing accounts, and building strong relationships with domestic and commercial clients while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Professionally handle calls, emails, and inquiries, resolving complaints efficiently with a customer-first approach.
  • Account Management: Assist with billing and account queries and maintain accurate customer data, including processing payments and orders.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for installations and customer holdings.
  • Reports and Documentation: Maintain daily reports and records in line with company systems.
  • Customer Retention: Support business growth by leveraging company offerings to retain and acquire customers.

You Will Have:

  • Strong communication and telephone skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to managing complaints and concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in account and record management.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within the utilities or energy sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Familiarity with customer management systems is a plus.
