Join the team at our UniLodge property in Auckland.OverviewWe are seeking a Full-time Customer Service Manager to assist with customer service, property management tasks, administration and assisting with the leasing of our student apartments at Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation, Auckland.
This role combines front office reception, property management, and customer service, offering a supported learning environment.ResponsibilitiesFull-time position – 40 hours per week across a Monday to Saturday rotating roster.Operate the day-to-day front desk reception areaAssist with the ongoing property management of our student apartmentsUndertaking administration and reporting tasks for the propertyHandling leasing duties and facilitate rent arrears collectionConduct room inspectionsAssist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs and overall well-beingLiaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security etc.Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift timesCreating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experienceTaking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as neededCoordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.)About YouResilient, motivated and hands onHas a genuine focus and passion in delivering outstanding customer service experience and having a we care approachGood computer, written and verbal communication skills are essentialBackground in hospitality and/or student accommodation would be advantageousPrevious leader experience in accommodation industryExperience in a University Environment (highly regarded)Experience with property management systems (highly regarded)Be culturally aware and have an understanding of different culturesPolice Vetting (must be willing to obtain)Why UniLodgeUniLodge specialises in student accommodation and has been an industry market leader since ****.
