This is adiverse and customer-centric role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.We're seeking someone with astrong understanding of the print and label manufacturing industry, who can bringtechnical print knowledgeto the table and help translate customer needs into practical, high-quality solutions.Duties include:Responding to customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide timely updates on order status.Supporting our Account Managers and inbound Customers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure all documentation is processed efficiently.Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal departments to find effective solutions.Work closely with the Customer Services team to improve processes, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.About youYou will have experience in the Print / Label manufacturing industry (Customer Service experience would be advantageous)Can demonstrate an impeccable phone manner and ability to establish & maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail oriented and process driven.Ability to work under pressure and multitaskDemonstrates a high level of initiative and self-motivationThe benefitsCompetitive remunerationFree onsite parkingLocal & global career opportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP), a free confidential support serviceEmployee referral program, our employees are rewarded for helping us find great talent!
