About the role
We are recruiting for our next intake of Customer Service Consultants! As part of our Contact Centre whānau, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to our members and colleagues health and wellbeing.

Hours of work: Our contact centre operates Monday through to Friday between ;
Location: Tāmaki Makaurau - Auckland
Onboarding & Training: You will receive comprehensive 5 weeks of training followed by mentoring to set you up for success.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be supporting our members by managing enquires via all contact channels, in line with our brand and value expectations.
What will your day look like?
Display consistently high levels of professionalism, and follow through to resolution as appropriate
Demonstrate effective contact management, ensuring maximum productivity is achieved
Display customer service that strongly aligns to our brand promise of ‘we’re with you.’
Demonstrate care in moments of vulnerability, and appropriate professionalism in all interactions
Provide appropriate options to support best member outcomes.
About you:
You are customer focussed, empathetic and love helping people
You have a positive outlook with a growth mindset
You have great communication skills and a friendly manner
You are resilient, agile and self-aware
You will be self-motivated to reach your goals
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings
Some Contact Centre experience preferred but not essential.
