Their products can be found on a whole range of vehicles from superbikes, V8 Supercars, Jetpacks, Jetboats to Toyota Racing Series cars.

They are renowned for their service and knowledge, supplying retail, trade, and wholesale customers with the right parts when they need them.

They are thriving! As experts in their industry, they are keen on strengthening their Mt Wellington based team.

They are looking to hire a switched on, enthusiastic team member to add value to their close-knit team.

The Role:
A perfect role someone who has a real interest in customer service.

Work across customer liaison and internal sales functions.

  • Be first point of contact for visitors and customers
  • Front of office duties, including phones, emails, website enquiries
  • Talk to customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable products or escalate to their technical team
  • Maintaining the online presence of the company, with updates to the website and social media sites
  • Build relationships with repeat customers and provide exceptional service
  • Process customer orders and ship courier orders
  • Assist in the support of the warehouse function
  • Providing support to management
  • Consistently learn and upskill and grow product knowledge

  • Customer service experience
  • Previous sales experience a bonus

  • Current driver license and own transport
