Location: Nelson Airport, Nelson, New ZealandPosition: Rental Operations Agent (full-time, fixed-term)OverviewBest of both world where you are not just sitting behind a desk all day!
Based at Nelson Airport, we have a full-time, fixed-term position available for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work.We operate 7 days a week, on a rotating roster, so there will be a requirement to work early mornings (from 7 am), afternoons, nights (until 10 pm), weekends and public holidays as required.
For this position days off will be Friday and Saturday with shifts on all other days.Contract detailsPermanent, Full-Time 40-hours per week (5 x 8-hour shifts per week)Fixed term until 18/10/2026Entry level role with training providedSupportive, friendly, and caring cultureLarge, Stable, well-known international companyAbout the RoleAs what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business.
This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations.
On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
You will also inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, drive and park our cars, and clean vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.What's on offer$***** per hour, plus increase your earnings with our sales incentive scheme.Uniform and parking provided.Wellbeing programme incl.
