Every day is different in this dynamic customer support role within the Waiouru team.
You will be liaising and assisting across different units and levels of the organisation; effectively and efficiently multi-tasking to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will be supported by an inclusive Customer Services Manager and be part of a team who are passionate about the work they do, and very proud of the service they provide.
You will provide a range of administration services, including:
* Frontline customer service for queries in regards to services we offer.
* Workflow coordination and distribution.
* Action bookings/requests and processing through online systems.
* Administration support to the Service Centre functions.

It's important in this role to bring a real sense of value to the relationships you build and the networks you create.
You'll have an eye for continuous improvement and be comfortable in tabling ideas for discussion.
You will also have:
* Strong foundation in customer service and administration skills.
* Proven interpersonal skills, with an ability to tailor communication as required.
* A full, clean NZ drivers' licence.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
* An ability to self-manage.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Outlook, Word & Excel.

Low Level Security Clearance
* You must be a New Zealand citizen or you must hold New Zealand Permanent Residence or have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa.
* At minimum, you must hold New Zealand Permanent Residence or have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa, and you must be a citizen of and have lived in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States of America or New Zealand continuously for the last five (5) years.
* You must have a five (5) year background history that can be verified and assessed appropriately by the NZ Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) to determine if you are suitable for a security clearance at this level.
If you do not meet the minimum criteria, unfortunately, your application will not be accepted.
