We are looking for someone to join our Noel Leeming Customer Specialist team and walk the talk of providing excellent customer service to our customers!
What You'll Be DoingManaging a variety of customer enquiries, with a strong focus on resolving issues quickly and accurately.Building connections with customers by actively listening and adapting your communication style.Switching confidently between live chat, phone, and email channels.Taking ownership of cases and following up to ensure customer needs are fully met.Keeping up to date with processes, procedures, and products to ensure the information you provide is always accurate.Contributing to a positive team culture where collaboration and customer focus are key.Work ScheduleThis is a fixed term role from 20th October **** to 1st February **** for the peak trading period.
You'll need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am and 7pm, including some weekend shifts.About YouPassion for customer service is a must.
While previous contact centre experience would be great, what we're really looking for are people who live and breathe our values and can bring:A reliable, responsible, and proactive approach to work.Strong customer service skills – whether gained in retail, hospitality, call centres, or elsewhere.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.Solid computer literacy and strong attention to detail.The ability to adapt quickly and work towards targets and KPIs.A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.Additional InformationYou'll be part of a supportive and diverse team who are passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
