Step into a role where every moment pulses with energy and opportunity! As a in person Customer Service Representative with Auckland Transport, you'll be at the very heart of our city's daily rhythm where you will be guiding, supporting, and empowering Aucklanders as they embark on their journeys.

No two days will ever be the same; from helping a family plan their first ferry ride to solving a commuter's challenge with a smile, you'll become a trusted ally and a beacon for our community.

  • You'll be based at either our Central Auckland, Northwest or Southeast Customer Service Centres, and from time to time, you might have the chance to visit and support our other centres, helping us meet the needs of Aucklanders all across the city.
