We provide a full range of audiological services with a focus on hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings.

We have a vacancy for a part time Client Care Coordinator based in our Queenstown clinic.

The role will be for 2 days per week, Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

Some travel may be required to the Wanaka clinic so a car and license will be essential.

The successful candidate must have a natural ability to listen to clients and learn about their needs, provide a high level of service and be well organised.

The ability to speak clearly and personably with clientele and display patience and composure in all communications is essential.

You must have a professional phone manner, the ability to multi-task under pressure and a flexible approach.

Excellent training and support would be provided by our Customer Care Manager (QTN) and Business Development Manager.
