About the Role

We’re seeking a Credit Controller to join our thriving team based in East Tamaki, Auckland.

Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely debt recovery.

You’ll collaborate closely with both internal teams and customers, working to resolve debt-related issues while providing exceptional customer service.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position, offering an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to excellence and driven to achieve results.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous experience managing high-volume ledgers (2000+ customers preferred)
  • Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Advanced Excel skills and keen attention to detail
  • A self-motivated, flexible, and organized approach to work
