Credit Control and E-Billing Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about finance operations?

MinterEllisonRuddWatts is seeking a Credit Control and E-Billing Administrator to join our Auckland office and play a key role in managing our credit control and e-billing functions.

About the Role

Reporting to the AML, FMS & Trust Manager , you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing credit control processes and client communications
  • Maintaining e-billing portals and client statements
  • Preparing aged debt and WIP reports
  • Supporting compliance and finance operations
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely and accurate debt collection

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.

This role is part-time, 0.6 FTE (equivalent to 22.5 hours per week).

What You’ll Bring

  • A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in credit control or finance (desirable)
  • Experience with e-billing portal maintenance (desirable)
