An award-winning success story, inspiring Kiwi to love where they live, work and play with our home improvement, garden and trade offer.We're on the lookout for a sharp, proactive, and relationship-driven Credit & Collections Analyst to join our high-performing finance team.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex problems, and have a knack for turning overdue accounts into success stories, this is your moment.What You'll OwnEnd-to-end management of collections for national key accounts and bureau store customersOpening and monitoring new accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of overdue balancesProactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive cash flow and minimise bad debtCoaching and supporting the Credit & Collections CoordinatorIdentifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and boost efficiencyWhat You Bring5+ years' experience managing high-volume, complex ledgersStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetProven ability to lead and mentor othersProficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeExperience with medium to large ERP systems (SAP preferred)This role offers the opportunity to work on Auckland's North Shore in a positive, fast paced environment that is stimulating and enjoyable to work in.
