We have a great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Professional Services team in our downtown Auckland offices.

In this pivotal role, you’ll take full ownership of front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

for Clients, visitors and stakeholders alike.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all Clients and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with Clients and stakeholders including Partners, Advisers, and Corporate staff
  • Answer internal phone calls and will be part of the NZ Phone Pool answering external calls 
  • Manage all room bookings, catering orders and event support 
  • Support office operations, including managing supply of stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and act as the point of contact for organising training and systems updates 
  • Collation of Client data and correspondence on behalf of team members

  • Experience in a Corporate Reception/Frontline position 
  • Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office experience 
  • A proactive and team-player with excellent Client and stakeholder relationship building skills 
  • Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem solving and attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
