Work with templates and styles, track changes, and create polished outputs within specified timeframes.Efficient Billing & Accounts: Driving the accounts process by managing billing deadlines, generating accurate invoices, and drafting accompanying correspondence.Professional Correspondence: Drafting well-written and professional correspondence, including emails and letters, either self-generated or from instruction.Seamless Administrative Support: Providing general PA duties such as diary management, travel bookings, and coordinating team meetings.Building Key Relationships: Fostering positive and collaborative relationships with internal team members and external clients.What You'll Bring to the TeamYou are a consummate professional who takes pride in delivering work of the highest quality.
