**About the role** **|** **Mō te tūranga mahi** As a Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our project delivery teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring project risks and issues are identified early and escalated appropriately, while also supporting stakeholder engagement and quality assurance activities.

Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of change initiatives that make a real difference.

These are permanent roles based in Wellington.

**About you** **|** **Mōu*** Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, ideally within a change delivery or project management environment.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.* Collaborative team player who is adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.* Effective problem-solver with the ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and escalate or resolve as appropriate.* Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.* Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.**Working at ACC | Mō ACC** At ACC, we embrace the rich tapestry of Aotearoa New Zealand's cultures and are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities.
