ODIM provides support and maintenance for multiple monitoring platforms within the business.
ODIM engineers will investigate and resolve data quality issues in the system, provide support to internal users and projects using the information contained in the system and work within the system to identify energy efficiency improvement opportunities.ResponsibilitiesRespond to internal customer requests for information arising from their use of Data Center SmartViewInteract with the operation engineers at each Data Center location to be cognizant of maintenance and operations which may cause unusual operating conditionsVerify the accuracy of data presented in Data Center SmartView and supporting systemsTroubleshoot all elements of the controls system, including field devices, controllers, network components and software systems as necessary to resolve data quality issuesProvide support for equipment additions, changes and deletions within the systemAssist in the design of new features which improve usability of Smart ViewMaintain and develop training materials for internal and external usersProvide training to internal and external usersAct as a subject matter expert for the Data Center SmartView systemUtilize Smartview to identify operational efficiency improvement opportunities and work with the regional and Data Center engineering teams to implement solutions to opportunities identifiedUpdate the system configuration in response to infrastructure equipment additions, moves, changes or deletionsUtilizes safe working practices at an expert level (e.g. can apply procedure for lockout/tagout, can explain MSDS, etc.Evaluates and assures the safe working practices of others.
