  • The Contracts Specialist is responsible formanaging the contract administration process for the organisation

  • About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
    The Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing the contract
    administration process for the organisation.

    They are a technical specialist
    responsible for the creation and maintenance of standard contract templates
    such as Residential Tenancy and Lease agreements.

    They will be responsible for
    reviewing significant contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and
    organisational requirements.

    They will also be responsible for managing the
    contract database and ensuring that all contracts are up-to-date and properly
    filed.

    Your responsibilities may include:

  • Review, draft, and update contract templates.
  • Keep up to date with changes to relevant legislation to ensure templates and information collected balances business need and risk
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms and conditions, processes and risks
  • Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures
  • You'll be working 40 hours per week,
    Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work from both home and the office.

    This
    role is fixed term with an end date of 30 April 2027.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management
