Harvey Norman seeks a Contracts Administrator to manage and centralise contract records at their Manukau Head Office in a 12-month fixed-term role.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Establish and manage a centralised contract repository by coordinating with internal teams.
- Compile a supplier list through collaboration with Accounts Payable and Trade teams.
- Input and validate contract data in the central database ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Assess contract risk and escalate high risk items for review.
- Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of sensitive contract information.
- Report on contract coverage, risk and outstanding actions, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
