Contracts Administrator Job Opening In Gisborne – Now Hiring Waikatodhbnewsroom


Job description

Gisborne Hospital, People and Development DepartmentFixed Term- 6 Months, Full-time 80 hours per fortnight (1 FTE)Join a values-driven organisation committed to enriching the health of our community through collaboration and compassionHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleAs a Contracts Administrator, you will manage contractor and locum service agreements across Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti.
You will liaise with recruitment agencies and internal departments to coordinate locum support for locums of six months or more.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining contract registers.
You will also be responsible for raising Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with organisational procurement policies.
This involves collating all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements.
You will work closely with service managers and service administrators.
