We're on the lookout for a permanent, part-time (0.5 FTE) Contracts Administrator to join our Digital, Finance & Risk team.
This role is pivotal in supporting the system that ensures our contract processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with institutional needs.
Responsibilities
Preserve the system that holds all our registers
Partner with internal stakeholders, supporting operational requirements
Coordinate approvals and updates within the registers
Meaningfully contribute to institutional compliance and audit readiness
Proactively progress process improvement, and champion customer service excellence
Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Proficiency in contract management and risk management software and strong Microsoft Office (M365) skills
Strong communication skills, facilitating collaboration with various departments
Positive outlook and a high level of resilience
