What you'll be doingTake ownership of a critical 12-month project to overhaul our repairs process from start to finishDiscovery: map every touchpoint, uncover pain points, identify inefficiencies, review repairs agents and supplier contracts and benchmark against best practiceDelivery: recommend and implement solutions that streamline processes, improve systems, strengthen supplier partnerships, and remove frustration for customers and our teamEnsure we meet all CGA requirements and commitments tied to RFPs with key insurance and commercial partnersQualificationsTo thrive, we are looking for an individual who has a deep understanding of how stores operate and what support they need.
