Contact Centre Operator Job Opening In Christchurch – Now Hiring Randstad

We're on the lookout for a compassionate and calm individual to join our team in Christchurch as a Support Specialist.

This isn't just any job; it's a chance to be the friendly voice that brings comfort and assistance to people across the country.

You'll be working rostered hours falling between 8 pm and 8 am.

Initially 3 rostered 8 hour shifts a week with the opportunity to pick up more hours when required.

What You'll Be Doing (A Glimpse into Your Day):

  • Being the warm and welcoming first point of contact for all incoming calls from our diverse community.

  • Listening carefully, identifying needs, and ensuring our callers receive timely and appropriate support.

  • Accurately logging call information – your attention to detail will be super helpful here!
  • Responding to every call with genuine empathy and understanding.

  • Delivering top-notch service that makes a real difference to everyone you speak with.

You don't necessarily need call centre experience – we're open to all sorts of backgrounds! What's most important to us is that you are:
