As our new Conference & Events Coordinator, you could be leading the charge to build rapport quickly and manage multiple stakeholders.
What we need from you
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
Planning meetings, events and conduct pre-event & post-event meetings with clients and operational departments
Arrange meeting details and events to include room set-ups, and billing instructions
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with your team and other departments
Providing administrative support to the Conference & Events Manager
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality management or equivalent
1-2 years experience in conferencing or related experience
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Opera/Delphi is preferred but not essential
