Compliance and Patrol Officer in Tauranga

Compliance and Patrol Officer in Tauranga

You will be working within the community, supporting Council Noise compliance notices which will see you visiting residence and business and assisting with the education around noise and disturbance.
As a Patrols Officer you will be checking client’s property or staff to ensure security and safety.

You will attend alarm response calls or other support other officers on longer routes.

This role requires you to be a competent, reliable driver.

All of our vehicles are fitted with GPS and cameras for our staff safety.
The best thing is that we do not need you to have experience, but to be someone that loves to help the community, shows respect to others, always be a “ready to move” person whenever we need you and with life skills that you can bring to the role.

About the role:

What we need you to have:

  • ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Excellent people and listening skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet quickly in challenging environments
  • Be confident in managing and resolving conflict
  • Physical fitness and the ability to handle stress and pressure
  • Be able to work individually or as part of a team
  • A current full NZ Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
  • A COA license or the ability to obtain one (we can assist you with this!)
