If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team of Community Health Workers, who support our maternity care team.

Our team consists of five Community Health Workers who collaborate with our Community Midwives.
In this role, you will assist with the administration of antenatal clinics and online information sessions using our IT systems, help connect women with the care they need, and support them in getting to their appointments.

You will also contribute to providing the best possible care for expectant mothers in South Auckland.
If you have strong advocacy skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and are passionate about putting Te Tiriti o Waitangi into action, this could be the perfect job for you.
Essential:
* A minimum qualification of a certificate in Community Health * A minimum of 1-year Community Health experience working with NGO/PHO/DHB programmes or equivalent at community level * Full clean NZ drivers licenceWorking at Health New Zealand
