A Community Facilitator works alongside our disabled partners to enable good lives, drive normal outcomes and to encourage our partners to achieve their dreams!
The Role may include but is not limited toSupporting our disabled partners to achieve their goalsHelping partners maintain a high standard of living in their own homesProviding personal caresEncouraging our disabled partners to actively engage within our communitiesAdministering medication and providing support to and from appointmentsBeing encouraging and supportive of life skills, such as budgeting and pursuing employment opportunities and/or undertaking studyBuilding and maintaining supportive, fun, exciting and healthy relationships with some truly amazing individuals!
A great Community Facilitator is innovative in providing support to our Disabled Partners and provides a positive influence in their lives.
The ability to build genuine relationships and move forward with our disabled partners' aspirations will be key to your success in this role.
