Job Description
The Opportunity
As a Commercial/Contracts Advisor within ACCIONA Concessions NZ on the Pūhoi to Warkworth project, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial outcomes across the maintenance contract.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position, with the possibility of extension, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant infrastructure initiative.
This position blends contract management expertise with strategic commercial insight, ensuring value delivery, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder engagement throughout the contract lifecycle.
It also requires a proactive approach to problem solving and dispute resolution, along with the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining focus on contractual compliance and commercial outcomes.
