CNC Programmer
Rocket Lab’s Machine Shop are responsible for the advanced machinery across our global manufacturing sites to get our satellites, satellite components, and rockets out the door.
As a CNC Programmer your objective is to produce quality machined parts, maximising production and machine utilisation on the equipment to which you are assigned.
You are expected to be an expert in the field, capable of developing smart machining methods, while also providing sound manufacturing advice to engineers.
All programmers at Rocket Lab prepare toolpaths and operate a range of manual and CNC mills and lathes.
They are expected to be experts at getting things done.
They model hard work.
They are hands on.
They work systematically and tidily.
