Part-Time, Fixed- Term Contract until 1 Oct/Nov **** (32 hours per week)Full clean Drivers Licence (desired)Remuneration $66,611 per annum (pro rata for hours worked)Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleSeeking a professional and motivated Clinical Records Clerk to join our team at Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of quality patient care by efficiently managing clinical records, processing requests for information, and supporting research and audit initiatives.In this role, you will process requests for patient information in accordance with the Health Information Privacy Code **** and organisational policies, ensuring information is located and delivered promptly to support clinical care, research, and audits.
You will undertake reception and other clinical records responsibilities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.You will contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives, helping the department operate efficiently.
Other responsibilities may include managing research lists, using department vehicles for urgent record deliveries and administrative support as needed.Please visit the position description here .
