We’re seeking a Client Services professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring quality and consistency of service across our dedicated Client Teams.
As a central link between clients, Partners, and internal service teams , you’ll be accountable for end-to-end client service outcomes—enhancing responsiveness, efficiency, and overall client satisfaction.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, driving team performance, and making a real impact on the client journey.
Please note: Internally we call this position Client Associate.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for a defined portfolio of clients, strengthening relationships and improving responsiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a Client Service team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Play a pivotal role as a liaison between Partners and Client Teams.
- Ensure compliance and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
- Champion client onboarding, streamline workflow management, and ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the client experience.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a client-facing or administrative role, ideally within professional services.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with proven ability to coach and inspire others.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Organised, proactive, and confident in managing competing priorities.
- Proficient in technology, with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
- A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
