You will be able to operate excavators and bulldozers and have your W, T, R endorsements.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 + years' driving experience.
This role is a minimum of 40 hours per week with overtime during the busy season.
***This is a day shift role with hours from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and the possibility of weekend work and night shifts as required.
*****In a****ddition to the above you will:*** Follow job briefs and instructions to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Build and maintain relationships with our valued stakeholders.
* Conduct daily Vehicle Condition Reports (VCR) to ensure safety and compliance.
* Maintain daily logbook (a basic understanding of technology is advantageous).
* Be open to some manual labour duties at times.

**We're** **looking for someone with:*** A minimum Class 5 NZ drivers' license.
* Proven experience as a transport driver in civil construction or a similar field.
* Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
* A positive attitude towards the maintenance and care of machinery.
* A strong understanding of and commitment to NZ Transport Regulations.
