In this role, you'll be responsible for patrolling, inspecting, and maintaining local roads, identifying potential hazards, and assisting with day-to-day upkeep to ensure a safe driving environment for all road users.
A clean Class 2 driver's licence and confidence operating heavy vehicles
A keen eye for detail and commitment to safety
Physical fitness and readiness to work in all weather conditions
The ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
Strong communication skills and reliability - you're the type who shows up and gets things done
Two contactable referees who can vouch for your work ethic
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Residency in the southern Kaipara area (Maungaturoto, Waipu, Kaiwaka, Wellsford)
Immediate availability preferred
