Job description

Are you passionate about authentic Cantonese cuisine and a master of siu laap (roast meats)?
Join our vibrant Chinese restaurant in the heart of the city, where we serve up mouthwatering dishes to loyal customers every day.
We're expanding our team and looking for skilled chefs to bring bold flavors to our kitchen!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute traditional Chinese roast meats, including char siu (barbecued pork), siu yuk (crispy roast pork), and roast duck.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service during peak hours.
Innovate menu items while staying true to authentic recipes.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Chinese cuisine, with proven expertise in siu laap preparation.
Either have the above proven work experience or holding a Senior Chinese Chef Certificate.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; physical stamina required.
Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
