Every dish we create celebrates the very best of New Zealand's seasonal produce, crafted with care and presented with precision.About the RolesWe are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for the summer season (October/December **** through April/May ****).
As part of our brigade, you will be hands-on with fresh, local, and home-grown ingredients, including produce from our own gardens to deliver dishes that exceed guest expectations.
