About the role
As part of our kitchen team, you will play an integral part in helping to bring our vision to life.
You will be passionate about amazing food and creating an outstanding experience.
The purpose of your role is to provide a world class hospitality experience at the Emerson's Taproom, by leading our service offering, maintaining best in class industry compliance, and ensuring Lion's values and policies are championed throughout our highly engaged teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Being an integral part of our kitchen team, managing and motivating junior chefs
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to drive our service offering
Driving consistency and quality to match with our excellent range of beers
To be successful in this role you will have
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
A passion for the hospitality industry and food
