We're on the lookout for a Change Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract, supporting our digital transformation programme.
This is your chance to make a real impact, guiding our people through significant technology change and embedding change capability across the business.ResponsibilitiesYou'll work closely with project teams to identify change impacts, develop plans for training, communication, process updates, and knowledge management.
You'll also support risk identification and mitigation, ensuring our people are set up for success.
Partnering with our leaders and key stakeholders, you'll help shape and deliver change across the programme.QualificationsProven and extensive Change Management experience, ideally in Financial ServicesRecognised change practitioner credentials - Prosci (ADKAR) or similarHands-on experience developing process and procedure documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and communicationsDemonstrated success in technology change management, with examples of how your approach made implementations smoother and more effective for usersExperience working in a collaborative team environment, ideally within large programmes of workAbout HeartlandHeartland is an NZX/ASX-listed financial services group with big growth plans.
