The Department of Internal Affairs (Te Tari Taiwhenua) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Analyst to join our Identity Services Acceleration Programme (ISAP) within Regulatory and Identity Services.
About the Role
As a Change Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the programme and its initiatives.
You'll provide strategic and operational change management advice, develop tailored initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure change is understood, embraced, and sustained across the organisation.
What You will Do
* Support change initiatives using structured methodologies
* Provide expert advice to managers and teams across RIS
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Champion the need for change and capability building
What We're Looking For
* Prior experience in developing and executing business-aligned change strategies and plans
* Proven experience delivering business improvement initiatives and advice
* Strong knowledge of change management frameworks
* Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
* Understanding of government structures and public service values
* A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience
