Now we're New Zealand's favourite kid's hangout, welcoming over 3800 tamariki each day at over 170 school sites.

Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Supervise and assist children in programme activities.Ensure that the working environment is kept clean, tidy, hygienic and safe for all children, staff, parents and visitors to the programme at all times.Assist the Programme Manager as required to run the daily format as scheduled as per duties outlined on the task list.Report back to the Programme Manager with any concerns regarding a child or behaviour issues etc.Hours of workSuccessful candidates will be required to work around the sites mentioned below.
To ensure flexibility and ease of travel between locations, having access to a reliable vehicle is essential.As a Casual Programme Assistant, you will be schedule to work on a need on need basis.
Only on Monday - Friday between the before & afterschool schedule.
Majority of your shift if you have been rostered to work is during the after school shift.After school schedule: From/ Between 2.30pm - 6pmBefore school schedule: 7am - 8.30am (only if required)Holiday programmes hours may be availableLocation of work: You will likely be rostered across various sites within the North Shore region.
This flexibility will provide you with the opportunity to work more hours.
