About the role
You'll implement the material instruction process of delivering advertising campaigns, along with the digital scheduling function for all Outdoor inventory.
You will provide specifications to customers, follow up on deadlines, and enter digital campaigns into our scheduling platforms - all whilst communicating updates and troubleshooting issues.
This role acts as the operational linchpin between sales, customers, creative agencies, production partners and third-party vendors, ensuring that all our campaigns are deployed accurately, on-time and to quality standards.
Implement the campaign delivery process from booking to post-campaign reporting
Coordinate across functions working closely with Sales, Customers, Print Production Partners, Third-Party Vendors, Commercial, Finance to ensure the smooth operations of our campaigns
Set campaign timelines, print and digital creative deadlines, approvals, vendor delivery, and installation logistics
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and client guidelines related to campaign materials and content standards
Input new assets into the systems as and when required.
What you'll bring
2-3 years experience in campaign delivery, operations, production, or outdoor media
Some experience managing small to medium size projects
Ability to adapt to continuously changing opportunities and priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with sharp attention to detail
Strong planning, organisation, and administration skills (Excel knowledge a plus!)
Understanding of out-of-home (OOH) advertising formats and workflows (advantageous)
