A permanent full-time position Monday to Friday with rotating weekend shifts within a supportive, family-focused company.Requires: Proven bandsaw experience and butchery skills including carcass breakdown and portioning.Salary guide: $70,000 - $75,000 per annum.Location: North Western suburbs of Victoria.Your normal day will involve:Breaking down carcasses and large cuts into retail-ready portions for sale.Displaying and hygienically packaging meat products attractively.Assisting with inventory rotation, cleaning, and maintaining section hygiene.Working closely with other departments such as seafood, deli, and patisserie.Engaging with customers as required to provide excellent service.The role of Butcher offers a hands-on, skilled environment with the opportunity for growth in a reputable business.
