Business Support Administrator Job Opening In Whangarei – Now Hiring Northpower Limited


Job description

About the role:
Reporting to the Business Support Lead, you’ll provideessential business and finance administration support.

Your responsibilitieswill include customer and network invoicing, managing aged debtors, raisingpurchase orders, reconciling financials prior to project close-out, analysingdata, and preparing journals.

You’ll also lend a hand with Work In Progress(WIP) processes and provide general administrative support to ensure everythingruns seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing:
- SupportingCommercial and Project Managers with accurate financial reconciliationsand reporting
- Preparingand processing invoices, purchase orders, and financial documentation
- Assistingwith month-end processes including WIP reviews
- Providingadministrative support including filing, records management, and teamcoordination
- Buildingeffective relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
- Identifyingopportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Upholdinghealth, safety, quality and environmental standards in everything you do

About you:
- Atleast 2 years’ finance administration experience
- Strongfinancial management and reconciliation skills
- Excellentorganisational and communication skills
- Abilityto prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy team environment
- Aproactive approach with the ability to show initiative and professionalism
- Diplomain Accounting preferred, but not essential
